Graham Miller, Founder and CEO
Marketcetera founder Graham Miller has over 10 years of experience in the finance and software industries, most recently serving as the director of electronic trading strategies at a hedge fund in New York City. Prior to that Graham worked for Jane Street Capital, making markets in equity options on the floor of the American Stock Exchange and directing electronic trading efforts. During his tenure on Wall Street, Graham oversaw the development of several high-throughput black box trading systems for equities, options, ETFs and futures. Before joining Jane Street Capital, he assisted in the development of several products and companies at Reactivity, a software incubator turned network security company, which was acquired by Cisco in 2007. Graham holds bachelors and masters degrees in computer science from Stanford University, with a concentration in artificial intelligence.
Toli Kuznets, Founder and CTO
Founder Toli Kuznets brings extensive software development, client implementation and technical consulting expertise to Marketcetera, with experience in startup environments and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Marketcetera, Toli implemented automated trading systems at a hedge fund in New York. Before that he was the first engineer at CenterRun, where he developed deployment software for large server-center applications. The CenterRun product now forms the basis of Sun's N1 datacenter automation and provisioning product suite. Toli holds masters and bachelors degrees in computer science from Stanford University, with a concentration in human-computer interaction.
Roy Agostino, CMO
Roy Agostino is a seasoned high technology executive with 20 years of marketing experience in both the consumer packaged good industry (NIKE), as well high growth technology firms like Crystal Decisions. Most recently Roy led the marketing function at Packeteer, Inc. as well as several Silicon Valley start-ups. Roy studied Arts at the University of British Columbia and Marketing at Pace University in New York.
Yoram Talmor, VP of Engineering
Yoram Talmor comes to Marketcetera with more than 12 years of experience in management and software development at startups and large enterprises, with expertise in high performance, large scale distributed systems. Prior to Marketcetera, Yoram worked as director of engineering at Yahoo!'s Search Marketing Group. Yoram has also held positions at Inktomi and Seerun, as well as IBM, where he worked as a research associate in the distributed systems group. Yoram holds masters and bachelors degrees in computer science from the Technion Institute of Technology in Israel, with a concentration in distributed shared memory systems.
Brian Roberti, VP of Sales
Heading up Marketcetera’s global sales efforts, Brian Roberti comes to Marketcetera with an extensive track record in sales and business development for financial services markets. Prior to Marketcetera, Brian was head of sales for EdgeTrade, Monitor110 and Advent Software. Brian also served in IBM's Wall Street practice where he managed global account teams servicing large sell-side institutions. Brian graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a BS in Mathematics.
Rajesh Razdan, Head of Product Management
As the head of product management at Marketcetera, Rajesh is in charge of product strategy, planning and release management. Previously, Raj was Vice President of product management at Reuters responsible for delivering trading products to global blue chip clients. Raj held various product management positions at TIBCO Finance Technology from 1997 onwards and was instrumental in bringing enterprise class electronic trading products to market.Raj has more than a decade of financial technology experience working closely with global customers including Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered, and Swiss American Securities. Prior to TIBCO, Rajesh worked at Wipro, a leading IT services company. Rajesh holds Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Mysore, India.

W. Brennan Carley, Proton Advisors
W. Brennan Carley has held C-level and board positions at financial services powerhouses such as BT Radianz, Reuters, Instinet, NYFIX, Warburg Pincus, and is currently Managing Principal at Proton Advisors, an independent consulting firm for the financial services technology and telecommunications industries. He has extensive experience building and growing ground-breaking financial technology businesses, with experience ranging from VC funded startups through private equity-backed and public companies. Carley founded Radianz (now called BT Radianz) in 2000 and was responsible for strategy, products, technology, and operations. Prior to Radianz, he was senior vice president of strategic planning at Reuters. Before joining Reuters, Carley ran Information Technology for Instinet, and before that held a series of positions at IBM in consulting, systems engineering and marketing. Carley received his bachelor's degree in economics from New York University and studied at Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Columbia Business School.
Ravi Mohan, Shasta Ventures
Ravi Mohan, co-founder of Shasta Ventures, has focused his entire career on the software business. Prior to Shasta Ventures, Ravi was a general partner at Battery Ventures where he led eight investments and served on the boards of 12 software and technology-enabled service companies. Ravi built transaction-processing systems at Accenture, sold and implemented packaged software applications for Hyperion Software Corporation and ran MIC, a software development firm based in India. Ravi also spent time at McKinsey & Company working with consumer packaged goods companies. Ravi helped found the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Indian Venture Capital Association (IVCA) to leverage entrepreneurial activities between India and America and is an active Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). He also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board for the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Ravi earned a bachelors degree in Operations Research and Engineering at Cornell University and an M.B.A. at Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
Jack Selby, Clarium Capital
Jack Selby is managing director and co-founder of Clarium Capital, a $5B global macro hedge fund based in San Francisco. He was previously a senior vice president at PayPal, Inc., where he held of variety of roles, including management of the company's international operations. Jack’s prior experience also includes a position at GFTA Analytics GmbH, a Dusseldorf-based financial consulting company which provides foreign exchange solutions to financial institutions, multi-national corporations, governments, and central banks. He holds a BA in economics from Hamilton College.

Chris Grandi, The Abacus Group
With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Chris joins Marketcetera as a strategic advisor for hedge fund technology and investment services. Grandi has spent the past year founding a new company called The Abacus Group which provides high level strategy and consulting services to hedge funds and other investment firms. Prior to this he completed a seven-year tenure at Eze Castle Integration where he served as managing director of business development and then president.
Aaref Hilaly, CEO, Clearwell Systems
Aaraf Hilaly is CEO of Clearwell Systems, an indusrtry leading enterprise-class e-discovery management platform. Prior to Clearwell, he was Co-Founder, President and CEO of CenterRun, which he led from inception in 2000 to its acquisition by Sun Microsystems in August 2003. CenterRun was a leading provider of application provisioning software and today forms the basis of Sun's data center automation product suite. Prior to co-founding CenterRun, he worked in corporate and business development at Excite@Home Networks. Hilaly joined Excite@Home from The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a global management consulting company. Aaref earned an MBA from Harvard Business School with high distinction as a Baker Scholar. He holds a BA Honor’s degree from Oxford University and a Master’s degree from McGill University where he was awarded the Arthur Tagge Fellowship.
John Lilly, CEO, Mozilla Corp
John Lilly joined Mozilla Corporation in 2005 as Vice President of Business Development, and, since 2006, has served as COO and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to this, he was the founder, CEO, CTO and VP of products for Reactivity, a software company acquired by Cisco Systems in 2007. Previously, he held staff positions at Apple, Sun Microsystems and Trilogy Software. Lilly has been an active participant in open source projects, serving on the boards of the Open Source Applications Foundation and Participatory Culture Foundation. He earned a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in computer science from Stanford University.
Larry Stefonic, SVP MySQL
Larry Stefonic brings more than 19 years of experience in the computer software industry to Marketcetera as a strategic advisor for open source platforms and business strategies. Stefonic most recently completed a seven-year tenure at MySQL AB where he drove dramatic business growth that ultimately led to the company’s acquisition by Sun Microsystems in 2008.
